History
Acqua is the Italian word for water. We are Acquera, the experts of a dynamic, up-scale and fascinating “era on water”.
The Beginning
The story of the Tositti Group began in the early 1950s, when founder Sergio Tositti established a shipping agency that provided assistance to commercial ships in the port of Venice.
The Expansion
Sergio’s son Stefano Tositti took the lead in the late 1980s and has built the group into a reference point in the shipping industry. Significant expansion included opening offices in several Italian ports and developing successful partnerships with the most important Italian and international shipping groups.
Stefano has also guided the business through successful diversification into areas such as yachting to become one of the most important players in the industry.
The Future
After eighteen successful years working and building relationships in the yachting industry, Tositti and his team have identified an opportunity to create something innovative and unique.
Their bold idea is to draw on their expertise and reputation in the world of yachting and build a world-class company that provides unforgettable, all-encompassing experiences for yacht owners and their guests.

Stefano Tositti
CEOGroup CEO Stefano Tositti has been working in the yachting industry for eighteen years. Stefano was born and educated in Venice, where he has immersed himself in the history of Venetian trade and culture and the world of shipping.

Letizia Cammarata
CFOLetizia has been a central part of the Tositti Group since 1990, working closely with Stefano on the planning and financial side as the business has grown and developed. She is very proud to continue this highly productive relationship as CFO of the Acquera Group and extremely enthusiastic about taking this new adventure forwards side-by-side with Stefano.

Diana Guidi
HR ManagerDiana was born and raised in Venice and gained her extensive Human Resources experience in industrial and service companies with international and multicultural workforces. Qualified in Tourism, with a Masters in HR and an enthusiasm for psychology, Diana’s twenty-year experience has covered all major HR processes including payroll, recruitment, training, labour relations, health and safety and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
